Does this guarantee the bond comes back?
No. The venue decides the bond. A checklist-based clean gives the cleaner the best chance to match the written handback standard.
Should I send the hire agreement?
Yes. The cleaner needs the cleaning clauses, bin rules, kitchen notes and handback time before quoting.
Can damage be fixed as part of the clean?
Cleaning can remove mess and marks within reason. Damage, repairs and missing items are usually handled separately with the venue.
