Before you book the crew
Can a pre-event clean happen before suppliers arrive?
Yes. The clean is usually best before heavy bump-in starts, or after staging and hire furniture are in place if those areas need a final pass.
What should I send with the request?
Send the venue type, access time, guest arrival time, floor areas and any venue checklist. Photos help if the site has been used recently.
Do cleaners restock bathrooms?
They can check and restock if supplies are on site. If the venue needs paper goods or soap supplied, say that in the request.
